Khalid Ibrahim
Legal Advisor
Khalid is Managing Partner of Abu Dhabi office. He has extensive corporate and
commercial law experience, particularly in respect of investment, joint ventures,
banking and finance, energy and infrastructure, and mergers and acquisitions. He
also has experience in corporate, commercial, real estate, criminal and civil law.

Mohssein Es-Sahal
Legal Researcher
Mohssein’s area of expertise includes drafting various memoranda and
contracts in Commercial, Banking, Marine, Arbitration, Insurance, Labour,
Criminal and Personal Status issues. He represents corporate and individual
clients before arbitrators and government authorities in the UAE and at the Rent
Committee in Dubai. He also has high experience in the legal court systems and handling all execution maters and procedures related to rental cases.
HICHAM DOUIEB
Legal Researcher
Hicham has enjoyed an extremely broad-based practice spanning diverse areas of
law including corporate, commercial, construction, real estate, arbitration and
provision of litigation support. Over the years he has acquired an in-depth
knowledge of UAE law and currently heads the Real Estate and Corporate group at
Abu Dhabi & Dubai office. Also, he has outstanding interpersonal and
communication skills and the ability to adapt quickly and effectively.
Maan Farouq
Legal Advisor
Maan Farouq is an experienced and versatile Corporate Attorney with a record of success in promoting the interests of corporate services both domestically and abroad. Recipient of a master degree in commercial law. Experienced corporate lawyer with 21 years of experience in-house and in private practice, including 5 years in the ministry of economy of UAE. Maan Specialized in merger and acquisition and can handle & review all financial and legal aspects of the corporate entities.
Muhammad Khalil

OMAYMA RUSHDI AKKAWI
Lawyer & Legal Advisor
Omayma is a litigation lawyer from our Abu Dhabi dispute resolution team. She has a wide experience in the legal field since 2017, and obtained several courses such as the Anti-Money Laundering Expert Course as well as courses in legal issues. She is a well-known lawyer in the court of cassation and the Supreme Court. Omayma has comprehensive experience in representing government-owned companies, financial institutions and prominent clients in cases of corporate commercial fraud, bribery and money laundering. She is also a certified legal trainer as she efficiently trained multiple lawyers in the field. She also advises legal consultations.
